1. Introduction
Welcome to Mistwood Clay Atelier. By accessing our website, booking classes, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Mistwood Clay Atelier provides premium ceramic workshops and handcrafted pottery tools in a calm, Scandinavian-inspired studio located in San Francisco.
2. Booking and Reservations
All classes require advance booking through our catalog or contact form. Reservations are confirmed only after full payment. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with a minimum of 48 hours notice provided to attendees.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the session receive a 50% refund or a credit for a future workshop. No refunds are issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations. Product purchases may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
4. Studio Code of Conduct
All participants must follow our studio guidelines: wear appropriate clothing, notify staff of any allergies or medical conditions, handle tools with care, and maintain a respectful environment. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Mistwood Clay Atelier maintains a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
5. Liability and Safety
Participants assume all risks associated with pottery making. Mistwood Clay Atelier is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage occurring on studio premises unless caused by gross negligence. All equipment is inspected regularly, and safety briefings are conducted at the start of every session.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, curriculum, and photographs on this site are the property of Mistwood Clay Atelier. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
7. Changes to Terms
