Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our clay sculpting classes and studio practice.

What experience level is required to join a class? +
No prior experience is needed. Our beginner classes welcome absolute newcomers, while advanced sessions are available for skilled sculptors.
How do class cancellations and refunds work? +
We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled class. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a studio credit for future sessions.
What tools and materials are provided? +
All essential tools, clay, and glazing materials are included. You are welcome to bring your own favorite tools if preferred.
How do I care for and glaze my finished pieces? +
Glazing instructions are demonstrated in every session. Finished pieces are fired on-site and ready for pickup within 10 business days.
What safety measures are in place? +
We strictly follow studio safety protocols including ventilation systems, dust control, and proper kiln operation. All students receive a safety briefing on arrival.
Can I take my work home the same day? +
Wet pieces must remain at the studio to dry properly. Once dry and glazed, your ceramics will be fired and available for collection after two weeks.
Are private or corporate workshops offered? +
Yes, we host private sessions for groups of six or more. Corporate team-building workshops are available by special arrangement.
What is your policy on missed classes? +
Missed classes can be rescheduled once per enrollment period. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance for the best availability.
Do you offer family or children's classes? +
